It's good you have access to a Contractor that might be able obtain a better price locally via wholesale sources but in general, a lot depends on timing and the Contractor's drop dead date for installation. This is a real bear with an Emtek cause you have to push it in straight and the knob gets in the way GOOD LUCK!! EDIT: Are you in yet????? This is why I unscrewed the locks from my kids doors. Emtek cylindrical locks are just like schlage A-series.
